This job requires you to be on your feet all day. It consists of lots of flower “processing” meaning cutting stems, taking leaves off stems, filling buckets and breaking down boxes. There will be lots of sweeping, and bucket washing. It’s all very hands on work. We like to have fun, chat, listen to fun music, etc. but we also work at a brisk pace to get the work done! You’ll be expected to have a hustle in your step. If you’ve worked in a kitchen you probably know exactly what we mean!
